I absolutelly have to make this coconut poke cake! I've tried frozen coconut cakes after wantching Diners Drive Ins and Dives and I got a craving for coconut cake, but the frozen ones were dry, tasted like cardboard, and no discernable coconut flavor! Waste of calories. I have to make this!
