Banana Pudding Poke Cake
This easy dessert combines traditional homemade banana pudding with a classic poke-style cake to make a sweet Southern dish!
This recipe for banana pudding poke cake is sweet, creamy, and so refreshing. To make Banana Pudding Poke Cake, you start with a base layer of white cake that has been flavored with mashed banana. After the cake has baked and cooled, you then poke it with the handle of a wooden spoon so that creamy homemade custard can seep into all of the nooks and crannies of the cake. The layer of custard is followed by sliced bananas, whipped cream, crushed vanilla wafers, and nuts. You will fall in love with this pudding poke cake after just one bite.

This looks so rich and luscious! But it also looks pretty envolved, so I'll have to save this for a cooking day. I love chilled banana pudding. This is quite an upgrade and should be even better. And it should serve a lot of people since it's very filling, you only need a small portion.
