Southern Glazed Ham
This is not your typical holiday ham recipe. This recipe for Southern Glazed Ham is full of flavor and features an out-of-this world crust that will blow everyone away. To make this Southern ham, a spiral sliced ham is coated in a combination of graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt. The ham is then baked until it is heated through and until the glaze is golden brown and crunchy. No one will be expecting to see such a magnificent ham on your holiday or Sunday dinner table. Enjoy this ham for Easter, Christmas, or any other occasion that calls for a delicious meal!

- 1 spiral sliced ham
- 1 1/2 cup cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Line a roasting dish with foil and place the ham meat side down.
In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs, salt, and brown sugar.
Pat the cracker mixture all over the ham and cover with foil.
Bake according to package directions, removing the foil the last 15 minutes to brown the top.
