Cinnamon Resurrection Biscuits are great for Easter because it's a fun (and delicious!) way to tell children about the Resurrection. This simple recipe uses cinnamon, refrigerated biscuits, marshmallows, and butter, so the ingredients are easy to keep on hand. Once the marshmallows have been dipped in butter and cinnamon, they are rolled up in the biscuit or crescent roll dough before they are baked in the oven. Kids will enjoy the surprise of the disappearing marshmallow and love the cinnamon flavor of these simple biscuits.

What a cool idea! I had no idea marshmallows would vanish when they're baked like this.
