The Trudeau Pie Plate Pan is the first silicone pie plate I have ever used and it looks like I won't be going back to metal anytime soon! The set comes with a pie pan and pie server that you can use to dish out your creations. The silicone material on the surface ensures your pie doesn't stick, while the metal structure ensures the pie cooks evenly.

Silicone is the best material to bake with because it allows for the easy release of desserts and it can withstand high temperatures. This pie pan incorporates both the benefits of a metal pan and a silicone pan into one perfect pan. This pan has a metal structure, but is completely silicone on the surface. It is extremely flexible and easily releases a slice of pie when you are ready to serve.

I love that there are handles on the side of the pie pan. This makes it much easier to remove it from the oven and serve. When you are ready to serve, the pie pan actually comes with a pie server. The server has a comfortable handle and serrated edge that you can use to slice the pie. 

Clean up after using the pie plate pan and server is a breeze, too, thanks to the materials. They can be rinsed with hot water or put in the dishwasher. This set is perfect for any beginner or avid baker.
