My Three Sons makes Pimento Cheese Dip that is out of this world. Their pimento cheese comes in three varieties: Emmy's Original, Fire Roasted Jalapeno, and Spicy White Cheddar. The Southern staple makes a great appetizer, snack, or condiment.

Pimento cheese dip is a specialty in the south and most recipes have a story behind them. I love the history surrounding this particular dip. The recipe for this pimento cheese was passed down from the founder's best friend's mother, Linda Emfinger who acted as a second mom to her.

The three varieties of dip are similar, but with some bold flavor differences. The Original and Fire Roasted Jalapeno both have a base of sharp Cheddar. Plenty of pimento peppers are mixed into both, but extra jalapenos are added to the fire roasted variety. The Spicy White Cheddar is made with, of course, white Cheddar, to create a different flavor profile.

This pimento cheese dip is divine on its own served with crackers. It also tastes great in a whole lot of recipes. I think it makes one of the best macaroni and cheese recipes of all time.  It also tastes great as a condiment, on a grilled cheese, or inside a roasted jalapeno!

I really enjoyed these spreads! They paired great with saltines. They just had a great red bell pepper flavor to them. I'd buy them for my next party.

These are pretty good! They have a good ratio of cheese to other things. The jalapeno one had to be my favorite, though. I always love cheese with a kick to it.

Pretty good. Tasted a lot like hummus.

My initial reaction was a shocked, "This isn't gross!" In fact, I was surprised to find that the Spicy White Cheddar Pimento Cheese was delicious! I was expecting a slab of 50s-era cheese stuff with a few pimientos in it, and boy, was I wrong. This was fantastic on pretzels, and I definitely need to try it with tortilla chips like a queso dip or nachos, and am certainly going to try some of the recipes from the website. Color me happily impressed!

Tasty if not a bit salty. Good flavor and would be a great tail gate / game day appetizer. Think would enjoy more with a beer - like I said - perfect for a game day appetizer!

I'm not such a huge fan of any sort of creamy dip, but these cheese dips won me over! A super good snack!!

I liked that the white cheddar dip had some spice to it. I'm not usually one for cheese dips, but I was happy with these.

Yum! I really like these cheeses. They would be a great item to pick up for last-minute parties. I tried the spicy white cheddar flavor - it had a good flavor and a mild spice.

These are pretty amazing cheese dips. A little sharp, but not too hot (even the pepper one!). They're great cold, and I bet they'd be really good warmed up, too. Be warned, however, that the taste does faintly remind me of spray cheese. I'll have to take another look at the quality of the ingredients.

I've never had pimento cheese before, but it was pretty tasty. I especially enjoyed the white Cheddar flavor.

I'm not normally a fan of creamy cheese dips, but these were great! Very flavorful, they would make a great snack with dipping chips and pretzels.

Yum! These dips were great with pretzels. My favorite was the White Cheddar dip.
