Mike's Hot Honey is a chili infused honey made with wildflower honey. The honey adds the perfect touch of sweet and spicy to anything it touches. Pair it with chicken, apples, tea, and even pizza; the options are endless!

The simple ingredients included in the honey let the individual flavors speak for themselves. The honey itself comes from apiaries in New York and New Jersey, close to the site of final production. All the chilies are also completely non-GMO. Each 12 ounce squeeze bottle can be stored in the pantry.

I tried using the honey in and on all kinds of foods. I liked that the spiciness can be fairly subtle, though my spice tolerance is on the high side so it may be a stronger heat for others. The subtlety of the heat means it won't overpower your palate. I think it is nothing short of magical when used with different meats like barbecue ribs or fried chicken. This unique condiment will impress friends and guests when you break out the bottle for a barbecue.
