Lekue Mini Pie Making Kit

Lekue Mini Pie Making Kit

Reviewed by Arielle Matlin, Editor,

Sweet and savory mini pies are simple to make using the Lekue Mini Pie Making Kit. The kit comes with all the tools you need to make fun and fancy pies. These mini pies are perfect for dinner parties, holidays, and celebrations!

This is such a unique and fun set. It is shocking how easy it is to make adorable pies using it. One batch of dough will make nineteen cute little pies! All you have to do is lay the dough across the mold, add the filling and a second layer of dough, as well as an egg wash, and then use the roller to press the dough down. Nineteen perfect pies will pop out, ready for the oven.

The mold is two-sided so you can make circular or hexagonal pies. There are also two rollers, one that makes a smooth top and one that can make a lattice cut. I loved using it to make both sweet and savory pies. They are especially fun to serve at parties because they are small and bite-size. The instruction manual even includes a few tasty sounding recipes to get you started.
