The Dexas Dough Prep Set is the ultimate tool set for anyone who loves to bake. It includes a pasta & pizza blade, crimper & cutting wheel, a dough docker, and a fluted wheel. The blades are interchangeable and fit into the handle for comfortable use.

Each of the four wheel blades can easily slip in and out of the handle of the set. I particularly loved the grip on the handle. It has an ergonomic design that allows any hand to fit wonderfully. This makes using all the blades much easier and even more precise.

The wheels each have a specific purpose and use. I found the crimping tool to be my most used. I used it for making homemade ravioli and it could be used to seal all kinds of pastries and even hand pies. The dough docker is extremely helpful if you need to perforate dough. I use it anytime I make homemade pizza or pie to create even holes for air to escape. The fluted wheel is definitely the most unique. It creates a zig-zag like pattern that can be fun for making pies, pasta, and more. 

The standard blade included in the set is the pasta and pizza blade. It is an even blade with no indentations. It is great for slicing pizza and cutting pasta dough. I love that it cuts right through dough, but isn't sharp to the touch. This makes it a tool that is safe for even kids can use. 

All of the components included in the kit are dishwasher safe, as well as BPA free. It is a handy tool for anyone who ever needs to work with dough, though the pizza cutter in itself makes the whole set worth purchasing.
