If you are looking for a pan to do it all in the kitchen, then look no further than the Circulon Ultimum Covered Deep Skillet. The 12" size is large enough to cook stir fry recipes, pancakes, casseroles, and more. With superior nonstick technology, and extreme durability, this pan is a winner!

I really like the curvature of the pan; the high walls combined with a slight rounded bottom is ideal. When the pan is full, you can still easily stir food. The large surface area means you won't easily run out of space.

The construction of this pan is quite unique. If you look at the bottom, then you will notice there are stainless steel rings. This means the pan can be used on an induction cooktop. The aluminum material used to make the pan ensures the large surface area heats evenly.

Unlike other pans of this size that I have used, this one is quite lightweight. I was able to lift it with ease which is important when moving your food from the pan and onto a plate or into a serving bowl. The short handle is actually contoured to make it easier to hold. The handle also has a hanging loop so you can store it conveniently.

The nonstick surface of this pan is what makes the Ultimum line of pans from Circulon superior to other brands. It has circular grooves all along the bottom of the pan. This small detail makes a big difference because you can use metal utensils without chipping it off the pan.

This versatile skillet has quickly become a favorite of mine. Whether making your favorite meatball recipe, or baking a frittata, this skillet will exceed expectations. It makes a great gift or kitchen upgrade!
