Anolon Divided Grill and Griddle Skillet

The Anolon Divided Grill and Griddle Skillet is one of the most unique pans I have ever used. It is divided into two sides, one with a raised griddle, and the other with a flat surface. This means you can make all the components on a dish in just one pan!



This pan comes from the Anolon Advanced Bronze cookware line. I love this line for a number of reasons including the soft grip handles. These handles are not rough, but instead have a bit of give and allow you to lift the pan without paining your hand. I also found the handle stays cooler than a regular, metal handle. 



The nonstick surface is another highlight from this line of cookware. Not only does it work extremely well, but it is also safe to use metal utensils on it. This almost unheard of for nonstick cookware. 



I love the concept of two pans in one. For busy people like me, it saves the time of cleaning two pans, and it is one less pan to keep an eye on. This setup is ideal for a number of recipes. I love sauteing vegetables on the griddle, while searing meat on the grill side. I also love it for making a quick breakfast. You can make eggs or an omelet, while also preparing breakfast sausage. 



This fun pan makes a great gift. Any recepient, whether a regular cook or not, will love the unique design. This is definitely not a pan to miss.
