Anolon Deep Square Pan Review

This sturdy Anolon Deep Square Pan is great for grilling, stir fry, and more. It’s really a high-performance piece of cookware, and you can tell it’s made to last. While it’s not too heavy, if you grab it off the stove, you’ll notice that it’s thick and well-made.

I hung this pan on my pots-and-pans rack and honestly, I might need to replace the rest because this one looks great and puts them all to shame. After repeated cooking, it’s still nonstick and looks like it did before I ever used it.

 The texture for grilling is nonstick for easy cleaning, and wicks away grease from your food as you cook. The fat just drips away. Rinse and lightly scrub, and the pan is clean!

This is perfect for breakfast – I like to fry up bacon in it. You can also set your English muffins in here for easy toasting. My favorite part might be the handle. Unlike other big pans like this, you can tell the handle was made to be strong and comfortable. It’s easy to grip and rotate the pan or move it away from the heat. The handle has a little lift and curve to it, which might be what makes it so comfortable to use.

While it’s a grill pan, you can use it for a variety of foods like most pans. I haven’t tried making burgers in it yet, but you can bet I’ll be trying that this summer. It’s a great product!
