Smart Grillin'

We are located in Springfield, Illinois, the heart of the Midwest. We ship our products to retail grocery stores all throughout Illinois and surrounding states. We have been in business since 1949 under the corporate name of Y-T Packing Co. Smart Grillin' is our latest creation, and it has done very well so far. We hope to continue to grow this brand and sell it nationwide.
 

We have an experienced meat cutting crew who has extensive knowledge on how to process meat. We strive to provide excellent service and quality meats. We believe this has helped our business thrive in our small, but loyal community.
 

Our goal is to create products that are healthy yet satisfying, and easy to cook. We use lean meat in order to provide a healthy, protein-packed meal. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!
 

The Illinois Association of Meat Processors held their 2014 convention in Champaign, IL in March. Each year they have a product show in which hundreds of products are entered for competition. This year, Smart Grillin' took home a Grand Champion award for their Turkey Filet wrapped in Bacon.
