"Here is a great way to serve fish, zucchini, tomatoes with cheese. All baked in the oven Italian style to perfection. This one keeps summer alive and bursting with flavors. I love haddock and use that whenever I can. If its not available use cod, flounder or any other tender flakey white fish that available fresh in your market. The zucchini topping makes this dish over the top and a keeper. I make this all year long."
