If you are cutting a pepper up for chili, be sure to save some of the seeds to cook into it. That's where a lot of the spice hide.

If you want an easier way to core the pepper,just take the handle of your knife and hit the stem into the pepper. Usually you can pull the whole core out at one time. It makes it faster and must of the coring is done. Even this little short cut can save you time if you have a lot of peppers to do.
