When strawberries are in season, there's nothing better than a sweet strawberry treat. Spring Strawberry Cobbler is a simple Southern cobbler recipe that is a cinch to make. Fresh strawberries are briefly cooked on the stove in a sugary mixture before they are added to a baking dish. Then, a simple homemade dough is dropped in spoonfuls on top of the fruit. A sprinkling of sugar on top of the biscuits is the final touch. Once the cobbler has baked in the oven, it can be served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You won't want to miss out on this strawberry cobbler!
