You can't go wrong with a classic like Georgia Peach Cobbler. If you love Southern recipes for peach cobbler, you won't be able to resist this amazingly sweet dessert. This easy peach cobbler recipe is made with fresh peaches that have been cooked briefly with sugar and lemon juice. Then, a simple batter that features cinnamon and nutmeg is poured into a greased baking dish. Unlike many cobbler recipes, the peaches are spread on top of the cobbler batter. This method creates a gorgeous dessert because the golden peach slices are on display. Serve this delectable peach cobbler warm for a wonderfully Southern treat!

Quite quick and easy to prepare but the absolute best part is how wonderfully delicious this Peach Cobbler recipe is! And so warming on a very chilly evening. Our 12 year old did most of the preparation and was thrilled with the result. So were the rest of us, there was not even a crumb left.
