I love gumbo more than anything! Can't wait to try this for dinner this week.

I love gumbo and this looks like a really good recipe for those who have never made it before. It's a hearty meal that can feed a lot of people. Like the author states, the leftovers are really fantastic and this dish is definitely one that is better the day after! It's a forgiving dish, so if you're short on some ingredients, you can always add more of another. Enjoy!
