Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup apple cider or juice
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Stir together Bisquick mix, walnuts, sugar, and apple pie spice.

Add cider and apple, and stir until dough clings together.

Drop batter by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
